Mid day tithe.

Got an explanation for my insomnia - I had a slight fever to go with my cold when waking up this morning. Staying home to cure myself.

Edited: Tips on any alcohol based cold cures would be graciously reviewed.

Hmm ... doesn't sound too bad. I don't have any blackcurrant juice at home though. Of course, I *could* exchange that with blackcurrant liqueur, right?

I can't see why not. Maybe you could replace the water with some vodka as well?

Morning tithe. I see "herwin" has found himself a cheerleader...

Pfft....how could you argue with such scintillating logic as 'I think the naval game is pretty good.'? Why it takes a genius...nope...a SUPER genius to come up with such succinct logical construct.

That coyote looks more like a pig. What do you do for a living again?

That's a screen capture from the original film, you philistine.

That depends. Are you looking to get drunk or to cure a cold?

Little Girl: “Hello?”

Little Girl: “That’s me.”

Me: “I mean, may I talk to your mom?”

Little Girl: “I have two dads.”

Me: “Oh well, never mind then. Have a nice day!”

Little Girl: “Wait! Why did you call?”

Me: “I’m selling make-up.”

Little Girl: “Oh! One of my daddies loves that stuff, it makes him look pretty when he goes dancing! Let me give him the phone! Dad! Dad! Some girl wants to make you look pretty!”

I've had two amusing sub battles in my game vs the AI lately.

Yesterday one of my S-boats was forced to the surface by some jap DDs. The S-boat popped to the surface right next to the BB Hyuga. One 36cm hit later, the S-boat was history

... and today one of my AMs escorting a TK forced an jap RO-boat to the surface. For some reason, the AM captain never fired on the surfaced sub. The TK captain, however, obviously thought it was a great idea ... and the RO-boat managed to put a penetrating 25mm AA gun hit in the TK, which set fire to the fuel cargo and the TK sank ...

Even though you lost each engagement, I would have been laughing my butt off at seeing both of these.

I did. Amusing to say the least

Edited: Oh, and the AM captain have already been court martialed and exchanged for another. He had an aggression rating of 18, which might explain some things ...
