It seemed to me that when I played WITP previously, I could drop off the resources at Nagasaki/Sasebo and then they would be distributed by rail throughout Japan.

Likewise, I dropped off my oil at Nagoya, and it seemed to be sent to refineries where needed.

If my perception was correct, will this occur also in the AE edition? Likewise will supplies be sent where needed?

If I'm wrong do I need to send my cargo TF's to individual ports to distribute the resources/oil?

Likewise, how do you get supplies to inland bases, other than by flying in supplies? Any help on this would be appreciated! Thanks.

Yes, it pretty much works the same. Though I find dropping off supplies where I need it gets done faster than relying on the computer to do it for me.
