Is it mandatory to make the whole turn without pause in a Multiplayer game using the Slitherine server, or am I allowed to make a Save and continue the next day? If a Save is done, what have I to do to continue, going to Multiplayer again, or going to Load Saved Game?

No, you do not need to complete your entire turn. You can save it and come back to it later. When you are ready to come back in just go back into Multiplayer and it will pick up where you left off since all saves are stored on the server. (in server based PBEM games that is)
