I would like to try The American Civil War 1861-1865 by Chuck Kotraba as a hot seat game. I have TOAW 3.2 thru the latest public 3.4 update. I read that opening a COW scenario in the editor and saving it will allow it to work with TOAW III. However, the XIX Century engine was mentioned on the scenario download page as a requirement. I have downloaded it but I'm not sure what to do with it. Is the 19th MK4 file like the opart3 executable? Has anyone made this scenario work properly this way?

Thanks

Gentlemen, this scenario has a modified EXE which won't run with OPART3
I assume you got the scenario from Rugged Defense
Use my modified 19th century EQP files

If there are problems sent me a PM with your email addy and I'll send you a complete converted version

I've designed several pre-WWII scenarios using the 19th century database from The Stratigist. Is that where you got the database? If so I can tell you how to configure it.
