Hey guys. I tried to get my serialnumber through my email+ last 5 digits of ccard but it doesnt find it. Where can I get the serial number for my game to register?

Also, if someone can , if my computer crashes where do I get to download this game again. I only got the online version.

Ok i have found the serial number in the folder but the other question still stands.

What happens if my pc crashes?

Best to make a copy to a DVD. Just in case. If not, if you have the serial number (always register the game here) you can pm Erik and he gets things corrected for you. I have never seen or heard of Matrix requiring you to re-buy the game if you have the serial number.

but I want to know what happens if I lose serial number and have no burned copy either. What is the recourse.

2nd while you are here, where do I download the beta patch from? I am in members area and it says 1.03 beta patch available but when I go to downloads it only shows up to official 1.03

Best to register the game here at Matrix. That will save your serial number here and it can be found by you in the member section. Register in the member section and then register all your matrix games there. It saves all your serial numbers.

Once you have the serial number, if something happens, you can contact Matrix and work with them. Like I said above, I have never seen anyone have to re-buy the game.

Click on "my games" then find WITE, click the registered beside that, it should show beta 3 right there

Also can be found with the registered downloads button
