Hi guys,

Good news and bad news. The good news is that we are getting a "save failed" message when the game is unable to save to the server. The bad news is, that repeated attempts tonight to send a game to the server have failed. I'm trying to save my game between myself and ComradeP, and have been unable to do so.

I will leave the program running tonight while I go to bed, and try again in the morning, if I continue to be unsuccessful.

Please check into this ASAP. Thanks.

Ps. I am running v1.03 Beta 4, with the 2/12/11 beta test hotfix.

Okay...after about half a dozen attempts, it finally went through. The server must have been in maintenance, rebooting, or some internet gremlin was causing havoc. Thanks.

I haven't received a notification, nor can I open the turn.

I'm hoping Slitherine can fix these issues soon, because they seem to be experiencing a fair amount of issues given the limited size of the saves we're sending around.

It's quite possible that the save failed, but there's not always a clear indication of that.

Hi Pieter,

No, this was a mid-turn save. I wasn't able to finish the turn last night, so was saving it in the middle of the turn, to finish up today. Should get it in a few hours...
