Does the base have at least 10 000 supply points? R&D factory repairs need 10k supplies too.

I am not sure which mod or version you are playing, but the screenshot you posted appears to be 100% damaged researched factory?

Actually it's 100% repaired...

5thGuardsTankArmy - it's not moved up because you're expecting a 1:1 ratio of factories to R&D points. This is not how it works ... I've found that a factory of about 30 will provide about 30 points / month (sometimes less) but larger factories invariably do not yield too many more points than that ... there is a random element here. The random element however is not whether the date will reduce a month once R&D points hit 100 (from what I've tested)...

That is why I've always contended that building multiple size 30 R&D factories works better than one larger factory...

I'd say if you gave it another few weeks you'll see a reduction - at present you're probably hovering in the 90's

There is somewhere on old WITP forum research topic about it. Generally with 10 factories, per 30 R&D you could get even two months acceleration in ONE month.
With SINGLE factory of 300, you could not. If my 120 R&D was in fact worth about 40, yours 50, is probably worth 32-33.
