Let's say that the opponent has two or three hexes where reinforcements enter the game, e.g. hexes A, B, and C.

What will happen e.g. to the 'B' reinforcements if I capture the 'B' hex and some surrounding hexes?

Where will the 'B' reinforcements appear - in 'A' or 'C', or maybe somewhere else - as close as possible to the captured 'B'? Or maybe they won't arrive at all?

Generally, if a unit is scheduled to arrive at a location that is enemy occupied or controlled, the unit will not arrive. If the location becomes friendly, then the unit will arrive.

I've read that units scheduled to arrive at unfriendly map edges will arrive at a friendly location within a few hexes of that location.

Designers can do things to get around these guidelines, and guerilla/partisan units don't follow them.
