hiya,is there any way to scramble the hurris and spits bit faster? in real they did it in 2-8 minutes and in game it seems way way more..
if so,how can i make em scramble faster?

your history is a bit off

cane was a very poor climber, and the early spits were not all that much better

but I think you are asking about the reaction time, that can be changed, but will add to the Fat gain if you shorten the reaction time

Anyone know how to make reaction time (delay) faster, especially for the fighter in the night time?
By default (if not night-fighter) the setting is delay=63min. I need (I really need) a step-by-step
guide to change this in the doctrine window. Thanks in advance!

Day fighter pilots are thought to rest in nighttime and night fighter pilots are thought to rest in daytime. That's why they have that much delay in their non-specific timeframe. There's no way to change it.

...the mistery of 'delay' (only in my mind, I think) is solved!
