Hey folks,

I just recently reinstalled TOAW3 after many years with the release of the new patch. The game looks great - I just have to remember how to play the thing.

That said, I discovered that I had started designing a scenario way back in the day - one based off a fairly obscure board wargame called "Texas Revolution" made by Ming Enterprises. I have the map complete (and looks pretty good for someone that didn't know how to make maps for TOAW3 I'd say!) but that's as far as I got. I'd love to get this made into a scenario in case others liked this time period. I'd like to make the scenario as true to the boardgame as possible, within the capabilities of TOAW. For those possibly interested, here's what I have in the way of materials:

1. Graphic of the map that I redrew for the VASSAL module that I made
2. The OOB charts, TEC, CRT, Turn Record track and rules in pdf
3. The map that I made (.scn) for TOAW3

The unit count for the boardgame was very small so I would think that for someone that knows how to make a TOAW scenario, this would be a quick project - or I would hope.

Please contact me if you are interested. I don't get to these forums very frequently any more so email me directly: gary AT garykrockover dot com.

I would love to learn how to make scenarios and I appreciate all those that will send links to tutorials etc, but I'm not asking this out of laziness, it's a lack of time - and I don't want another 4 years to go by with this being an unfinished project.

Thanks guys (and gals)!
GJK
