Status: offline 		Will Witp have Instant Victory conditions?
If yes, please allow play to continue past them to the Ultimate Victory.
Did not like having IJN UV game cut short, when Luganville is taken after 1/1/43 with supplies, the game is ended with IJN auto victory.
