If I change some generic data (or a patch does), does this show up in a scenario that has already been started or not until a restart? Thanks.

Once started scenario (i.e. game) is not altered... only restart of scenario will bring new changes in...

Thanks for the response. Now: to patch or not to patch, that is the question. To suffer the slings and arrows of an outraged restart, there's the rub.
