I consider myself as a mid level experienced player on small scenario ( played a lot of PBEMs of WitP South Pacific and WitP:AE Guadalcanal). Don't have time and courage to jump into the GC even if I know I will do at some point.

One day Turn. No 4E bombers less than 10k feet on naval attack and any HRs you like.
I should be able to issue one turn day most of the time.
