Thanks,
He is ok now, but we almost had to go into the hospital yesterday because of dehydration. Amazing how fast a small child can go from healty to super-sick (and then back to healthy again thank God).

Glad the little one is doing better.

OK - i can vaguely understand why there might be canned haggis... but why is their canned haggis in the pantry at your workplace??

its not. Its at my friend and co-worker's house. I am housesitting for her this week while she's in the Carabean. I get to take care of a Great Dane and 4 stupid cats. I found canned Haggis in the Pantry.

the horror.

Dude...you missed a golden opportunity. Yes, of course you have work for him. Have HIM arrive at your new job next week. They've probably never *seen* you in the flesh, right?

He can earn $25 / day at the call center. Since your employer is likely to pay upwards of $26 / day, you pocket the difference. Think of him as an independent contractor-to YOU.

If your employer finds out, what are they gonna do? Fire you?

At least he had the decency to ask. He could have just given you a "dental procedure" and taken the $25.
