ORIGINAL: Grollub

Dan was a single bloke living at home with his Dad and working in the family business.

When Dan found out that he was going to inherit a fortune when his sickly father died,
he decided he needed to find a wife with whom to share his forthcoming fortune.

One evening, at an investment meeting, he spotted the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.
Her natural beauty took his breath away. "I may look like just an ordinary bloke," he said to
her, "but in just a few years, my widower father will die and I will inherit $200 million."

Impressed, the woman asked for his business card and three days later, she became his stepmother.

Tag line; Women are so much better at financial planning than men.

And, related to women & money;

Hey, when did you take a picture of my wife in our driveway???

Very funny joke!

Mike, I'm concerned that your wife paints her toenails while propping her feet up on the hood of your car in your driveway. I think you may want to talk to her about this practice.

What? You don't expect her to risk getting toenail polish on the leather seats do you?

so i went to my GP yesterday with a bit of forboding...last time i was there, the ole blood pressure was high enough to scare a middle eastern dictator, so this time, i back my car into a tree while parking, because, well, my mind just isn't on the task at hand...after some choice curse words, i finally make it inside and the assistant takes my BP and it's quite normal...amazing...so...

no blood pressure meds tithe!!!

ps - anyone want to buy a slightly scratched 2002 jeep cherokee?

My Canes are just the opposite.  They will struggle to get into the playoffs, but if they do, they seem to always make a lot of noise.

Wow, lots of wisdom packed into that story and that picture.

And how dare she put her feet on that fine automobile !

I am very convinced that if you have that kind of car, it is easy to find that kind of eye candy to sit in the seat beside you. A corollary is that the easier it is to find the eye candy, the more vapid she usually is.

The girl in that picture is prtty, but I lust after the car

I enjoy the Cake albums I own. Been thinking about getting the new one but haven't gotten around to it. Enjoy the show.

Grats on the blood pressure, my doc just figured out the beta blockers don't work on me so I've got a new cocktail that seems to do the trick.

Started Dragon Age II. It's early days yet, but the story seems very complicated.

probably next week. This week i am house sitting a big Great Dane and four cats. Nice to sleep in a bed again after 2.5 weeks of couches and chairs. It also gave me the opp to work on my scenario project in between chasing cats out of my laptop case....bookbag, open cubboards and washing machines.

You'd never have thought that Newark would be the target of an air raid.

If you feel you would like to sleep on a mattress in the garage, you should show this clip to your wife/GFU/other.
