Status: offline 		Read the manual several times and I still can't figure out exactly where units will be unffected by the blizzard. Would appreciate some help since I'm looking at testing some theories on getting the manpower out of the blizzard zone, but keeping it as close as possible to rail in.

One statement says X>a number. This number is well into the Soviet Union.

The second statement says X> a number AND Y> another number. This line is farther east and fairly far north. It does not seem tomatch my previous tests where units in the Crimea suffered from blizzard.

Status: offline 		As A rule of thumb if your German & Axis allies (apart from the Finns) are in Russia then they will be subject to the Blizzard but perhaps not in all areas at once
