I've tried a regular download of 'Combat Command' and also with 'Get Right" downloading program, both ways the download starts but no files are transfered, 0% progress. I've downloaded many games from Matrix and never had a problem. Any ideals, thanks for any help.

Had the EXACT same problem everytime I purchase from these bozos.

Try clicking on "run" instead of "save" and see if it works.

Yep I agree, luckily I purchased the physical copy, so I will have it. But for the last 3 purchases, I have had to click on run instead of save.

Never had that problem with Digital River.

Could you let us know what browser you are using when this happens?  And OS?

Andrew,

I'm using Explorer 8.0.6001 with
Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 service pack 3 Build 2600

And also with me these problems started with the change to Plimus.

We are looking into this.  Have you tried using another browser to download you files?  It seems to only be a problem with Internet Explorer.

My mistake, the e mails were in junk folder, and the download link there is the one to use not the one provided at purchase.

Today I bought the game.

Three times I tried to download using Internet Explorer and every attempt failed.

Then I found this thread.

I switched to Mozilla and dowloaded the file OK.

I use WIN 7 and I was suprised I was not asked where exactly where I want to save the file to.

I think that is a WIN 7 thing rather than a Matrix thing.
