I'll see if we can get that link fixed for you David. I can e-mail you the file but it is very large. Do you have cable or dsl service? With a regular modem it may jam your mailbox. I have a 56k modem. I don't know what the limits of my email is, but if you can try to email the file I would appreciate it.
