Using latest 3.4.0.202, I can't figure out how to edit the whole force proficiency and supply level settings (in the editor).
If you go in Edit forces, then set the right pane so that it displays the force control panel, you can see (and edit) the current force flag. If you hover the mouse over the flag you can read "1st Force - Proficiency: 100, Supply Level: 100.", but I cannot find where I could change these values. As a consequence I always have force proficiency = 100 and force stockpile level = 100 in the situation briefing of whatever scenario.

If I understand where you are, you are right where you need to be. The 'flag' you are hovering over is a button, click it and you can change the settings.

Also, you can create an entire scenario leaving those values at 100%, and then go to the 'Edit' drop down menu at the upper left (with the Force Editor box open) and then change those settings for the entire force.

No, clicking on the flag just allows to change the flag, but YES, clicking on the edit drop down menu WHILE the force editor is open gives access to a ton of additional settings !! Many thanks, solved !!

- and then Click Here and the little box will open that will allow you to change the settings. Click the supply symbol to the right of the one indicated and you will get the same pop up to change the formation supply level.

Yes I knew that, but I was not asking for "formation settings" but "force settings". Formation or units settings are easy to access (just as per your pics), but for force settings, there is no button, you have to think of clicking the edit drop down menu while the force/formation/unit editor is open, what you kindly explained to me.

EDIT: by the way how do you insert those nice pics within your thread?

Ok, I knew we were close on what we were talking about.

'Embed picture in post' allows you to include a screen shot.
