Status: offline 		I note that SU Const Bats will start repairing outward from an isolated port like Odessa, whether the Sovs are human or AI. So, as Axis on Turn one I shipped in an HQ loaded with Const Bats into Riga in order to get a little advance rail repair done. No dice. I think the Rail line in the actual port hex has to have never been destroyed or has been repaired while connected by rail to the grid, then isolated.

I also shipped an FBD into Riga on T1, but it wont repair on T1 or T2 etc.

Status: offline 		For axis it has to be directly connected to German or Finnish net. You can repair outward from Finland/Leningrad without direct connection to berln
