Status: offline 		PBEM, latest official patch (though a quick test with the beta showed exactly the same behavior)

See the picture below. I've edited out some things to prevent my opponent to see the state of the other pools but the main point should be clear. From one turn to the next the HI pool is set to go over the 1 million mark (again) but instead gets reduced to a measly 10k points. Which predictably would be very bad for the japanese war economy.
