Leningrad attacks (active, I advance). As you can see I am going to carpet the whole rear with brigades and fortified regions. I won't take any risk (German '42 offensive). I want ALL the hexes to be fortified

Southwestern, northern part. Not active, but here I advanced in one place because there was a gap

If I don't do that then he only would need to defend with few units... and I could not advance. Irrational. If he does not cover all the hexes (aka some sort of checkerboard), this has nothing to do with the rule, in my opinion. But I did not occupy the hexes after I kicked him out of them.

The Southern Front is active. Here I am terrorising the minor Axis Allies

The 4th Shock Army is coming... I will try to encircle the 3 big cities in this area: Stalino, etc., from the south and north.

Oh, and I got new unexpected hordes. Like 8 divisions attached to the Transcaucasus thing have been unfrozen. I have attached the lot of them directly to STAVKA. More strategic reserves. Nice!

Yep, on the last two turns (if I remember correctly) I already routed some of these poor divisions. I want to liberate Stalino and the other two big cities. I will smash these weak allies and turn northwards.

I really have plenty of EVERYTHING... Strategic reserves (Reserve Armies and units directly attached to Stavka, 11 cavalry Corps), a myriad of brigades digging and LOTS of air goups (333!!!

) in the National Reserve training. Most of them could be deployed to the front

Do not overlook the Caucasus area; not only do some of the divisions activate but there are also a few shell divisions that are raised up there.
