They might be those things as well, but it's another term for the PTIs. They are generally unable to walk past any kind of reflective surface without stopping to admire themselves, not entirely unlike a budgie really.

What he said. In theory I could be done with the mob by late next summer if I don't get my time extended. Just been in a reflective mood today for some reason. Whilst I'd do another three years if it's offered, I'm not sure if it's the right thing or not any more.

Not sure how long you've been in but leaving the mob can be a bit of a shock to the system but all in all I prefer being a civvie.
