All -tai groups - after hiring 10 pilots buttons "Request veteran" and "Get X pilots" became hidden, only "Get Instructor" is active.
This problem is reproducing in 1108m3 (nothing cann't say about earliest versions)

Can you post a save?
Probably the hitting the new group limits, but dedicated training groups shouldn't be impacted.

Yes. For some reason, the extra training pilots (above 10) is being skipped. I can see why it is happening, but not why its changed.
