There is one here on Spooky's site: http://mathubert.free.fr/

Go under files, then art, and look for Gary Childress' Files. A pack with several ships including Montana is there.

You can find it here https://sites.google.com/site/bigbsshipyard/home

Look under Plates (one for Sides, one for Shils) It's in the New Ships file.
