I finally got the game installed on windows 7 had to run the installer as windows xp sp3. Put in my Key and the .exe starts. Click on play and i get the starting screen movie after that i get the error in the subject line. Can anyone assist? I put in a ticket for it but have not heard anything back. I payed full price for the game cause i dont believe in downloading hacks.

Please someone help with this issue.

Getting impatient.

Did you ever get this answered? Did you try running the game as an administrator? PM me if you never got this worked out.

Joel:

I finally got WBTS installed on my brand new Windows 7 computer but I'm getting the Fatal Error #801 also. This is after I keyed in the serial number. I get this just after the introduction "Lincoln" screen.

How to fix? This is June 2011

I think this is a standard item that comes up with Matrix games sometimes. I think it has to do with security settings and possibly needing to run the game as an administrator (right click on exe and choose that option). If that's not it, then contact Matrix help desk and they should be able to help.
