Hello gents and ladies!
I got time for another game

No 4Es below 10k
PP must be paid for units (except the thai units who may move 3 hexes outside the border)
No CV hunting the first turn.

Scen 1 or 2
turn cycle 1 or 2

Keywords is comunication and gentlemen play.
