How does experience effect one-way trips?

For example, Kamikazes, V-rockets, etc.?

I would guess that it might effect accuracy, but does anyone know by how much between a raw recruit and a 40 point experienced unit?

+40% (percentage points, because there are other modifiers) to ATT (accuracy or firepower) and HP (protects against the shot down). Just as for normal units.

Hmm, have been wondering about this too... exp with units such as tanks and soldiers makes sense, but with Kamikaze and V-rockets?? You assemble a rocket and fire it, no months/years of training involved me thinks?

Reasonableness is questionable, because these units have a lot of ATT points and they very often hit the target anyway, with or without experience. But there is some difference.
