First off, I was really annoyed at myself. Plimus reacted very quickly and the download link? Well, I tried it about 30 minutes later and it worked just fine...so perhaps there was a problem with the shared public AP I was using. Thank you to Matrix and Plimus for your quick response. Second, I don't get why I cannot download my games ANY time from my registered games folder....I know there is tech support, but at the end of the day having a link in the members area to games that I have bought would be much more convenient. At the end of the day though - it was my fault and the old argument could easily be thrown in here that if I had bought a DVD from a store, then I wouldn't be able to go back a year later and say I'd lost my disk, can I have a copy. However, having said that, just because it doesn't happen in other instances or with other companies, it would be a nice feature for Matrix to offer their customers who have registered their games I always remember buying a game with a registration card in it - and registered it only to find 0 benefits at all in doing so - is today any different? I see we get access to members area stuff for registered games - but a nice download link would be a big plus. Anyway - all's well and I've got my game and I went for a very nice long cycle round Wassenaar and will likely cycle down to Den Hague tomorrow morning. The weather has been rubbish (another reason why I was desperate to get the game installed) and I'm here with family - so no smoking, no drinking and no red light area...just plain good old fashioned family fun And Josh, your fellow countrymen and women are very polite and friendly.
