August, 1941. In a PBEM, as Soviet, I�ve in the pool 3.000 152 mm howitzer. Every 41b howitzer regiment has in the TOE 24 of these howitzer, so I can form a lot of these regiments to support my troops.

In the photo seems a little off-fashion gun, but...

That surplus will be soaked up quickly when you start building artillery divisions.

Thanks, delatbabel.

I think that,at the moment, I�ll use that lot of howitzers to support my troops: they need as much support I can send to them. And after, may be I�ll disband them (except some of these regiments that are guards, I�ll don�t disband them)

No need to disband them, just reduce their TOE to 50% while you're starting to produce artillery divisions. That will funnel the necessary replacements into those divisions to bring them up to strength. Provided you've saved enough armaments factories in 1941, by late 1943 you'll be producing more armaments than you can use so it will be OK to bring the TOE of the regiments back up again.
