Please refresh my memory, assuming an AG has enough capacity, does it act as an AE up to the supply limit - in addition to the repairing of small ships?

I think so, topeverest. I don't think there's anything hard wired to ONLY permit rearmament of 'small caliber' only ammunition.

AG Misc. Auxiliary - A general purpose auxiliary with several uses. As a base ship, can tend small craft - performing repair and rearming (NOT including torpedoes). Can also carry cargo if used in Cargo TFs. Note: previous AG is now LB.

* I'm Army so, I had to copy the pages to bettter understand what special ships did what.
