I've been playing Sicily to Brenner Pass and noticed that when the 156th and 146th British Infantry Divisions arrive in September 1943 you get both the 1943 equipped divisions turning up in Sicily and the 1944 versions (with the 17pdrs etc) in Southern Italy. presumably the 1944 divisions are not meant to appear until the 1943 ver divisions are withdrawn for refit?

I couldn't find an email for the designer Quisling, so if he is interested in the feedback, here it is. I would change the arrival of the divisions if I knew how, but I think there are events covering the withdrawal of units for refit, and I must confess I'm a little unsure how to do this with out messing things up.

There's a new beta out (3.0) and I have started playing it with the co-designer, Mike Pettigano. I can send it to you. It's only for PBEM; Mike seems to be busy, becasue I contacted him a few times n order to tweak the scenario etc.

I'd like a look at that, Klaus!

I'll post the link on the 'Gefechtsstand' :D Naturally with the disclaimer that it's from ye'ole Quisling and Mike. I did quite some brainstorming and feedback when I started playing it earlier this year vs. Mike himself. The lad seems to be busy... I am sure he won't mind that we beta test it and perhaps create a thread with suggestions etc. It's for the benefit of the players and it's a great scenario; not too many units but very flexible.

NOTE: NO, there's no 1,000% accurate and down to the last PT or E-Boat simulation of the naval war! Just in case... :D
