Ok, I'm lost. A few years ago I was able to modify the values of armor, guns and even infantry toughness before the start of play for any battle. What do I do now do change the units values ? The current instructions leave me really clueless.
Thank you,
Dennis

Open the SPWAW OOB editor(if this is the game in question) this will give you access to all the units attributes. But be very careful when making changes, if you make a major mistake it can cause the game using that country and unit to crash upon execution.

Do you mean in game? There is a section that allows you to set a percentage for toughness... ect. This is of course in SPWAW. Umm of course now my brain wont come up with the name..... Preferences...... for each type of unit you can set a percentage. less than 100 is less than normal. more than 100 is stronger than normal.

JUst go into the preferences screen and either use the arrow buttons to raise or lower the value in increments or click on the number itself and a box will open to enter the exact value you want.
