1) What is the latest version of the game?

2) Will the Search Arc's function in a ongoing scenario or unofficial scenario if applied, or does it require a scenario restart?

Official 1106i || Beta 1108q5 ... but the beta seems to change on a weekly, sometimes bi-weekly basis depending on Michael's work ethic

No restart required and it does work.(the Beta that is) ...
