Size of naval base support? Any port damage? Number of ships docked? Size of port? Etc.

Try posting some screen pics - the base, the TF, whatever else you think might yield a clue.

No, he's a person who understands internet etiquette.  Typing in all capital letters, anywhere on the internet, is considered yelling and rude.

If you can provide the necessary information (requested by Shanilac and Witpqs in this thread), that would be very helpful for us answering your question more specifically. There are a lot of variables at play in this game. Rather than listing all of them, if you could provide more specific information regarding your situation, that may be best. Thanks, Spruance74.

Ooops! I misread the fuel at Noumea - my eyesight is not the best for those tiny numbers. I was out of fuel - it read in red 0/2000! I thought those were positive #s the 1st time I read them.

Answers to the above, probably moot now - Noumea on 9-1-42 - Port 7(4) Airfield 7(4). No port damage. 8 TFs docked, 68 ships. The TK is docked but other ships which were already there are taking fuel. There are no other tankers. I could load oil on the tanker but not fuel. When I changed the turn from 9-1 to 9-3-42, however, I was able to load fuel so the problem is solved - I just lost 2 days in getting started.

Obviously, I misunderstood your comment which I took as an attempt to silence me & tell me to stop posting such stupid questions to which I took offense. Instead you apparently were talking about my use of caps lock on occasion. The only reason this has sometimes happened is that I started typing with the caps on & didn't feel like going back & changing it because I was in a hurry which also happened with my name. I assume this is the same reason many people type everything in the lower case. I never took offense at that & don't really see why you should take offense at the caps lock. I never thought of it as "yelling," or annoying, or trying to sound important. I apologize for calling you a Nazi, "dude."

Same Q, different situation.

Two tankers in LA Jan 13, 1942 loading Oil for Syd. For 2 out of 4 days of trying one TK is stuck at 66% loaded the second at 0. TKs want 30k total tonnage, but I know Oil will not go to 100%. There's currently 49k Oil there. Is there a base min at bases that also have a refinery that is marked for the refinery?
