How about Small world, 2 Player, Normal World, Stone Age, Use Resources, Wild Land, and Arctic-Temperate?

I agree with you and do you like mirrorish? Maybe it is a good way to keep balance.If you are agree with it I will appreciate it.:)

also, for the First Mover Advantage, I prefer the player who firstly move to use 20pp to announce war before the 6th turn comes.
