Tonnage value in Ship class represents displacement of ship (in long tons or metric tons)

But what represents Bulk Cargo and Liquid cargo capacity?
It is volume of cargo space (NRT - net register tonnage) or its weight of cargo?

Bulk cargo capacity is Net Cargo Deadweight, in metric tons. The small liquid capacity is the same.
