Trying to select shipyard,pierside,ready at PH..seems to take an inordinate amount of time for my selection to happen. Doesn't seem to happen at any other bases but Pearl. Thoughts?

A large no. of ships in the port, the time to repair is calculated on the fly - looking at all those ships etc; so it will take some time. Be thankful it does this in real time rather than after the next turn.
