What is the reason for the following message?

I have 24 Ki-27b Nate airframes and 238 Nakajima Kotobuki engines for the airframes in my pools (the engine plant is currently turned off).

Thanks for your assistance!

That looks like the message we get as allies when disbanded planes go back to the pool. They don't go back the same turn they're disbanded but have a small delay and then we get that message when they finally get added back to the pools.

Did you disband any squadrons using Ki-27b Nate's recently?

Not just disbanded, but also units converting from that model to a different one.

I think they all return to the pool over the course of a week or so.

Yep, any planes returned to the pool for any reason become available over several days.  The number outside the parenthesis is how many were added to the pool this turn, and inside is the number of that plane type still delayed.

Thanks all - in my situation it was an upgrade/conversion of a unit.
