Is there somewhere I can find out more detailed info on ship components? I understand what most of them do, but some of them don't give any detailed info. This is causing me to keep my ship designs automated since I'm not sure what certain things do. For example I'm not quite sure what Fusion Reactors do. I see it has Energy Output, Storage, and converts fuel to energy, but I'm lost as to what that means. Another is Countermeasures, it just shows that its +10 to countermeasures, not sure what that exactly means. Those are just 2 examples so if anyone knows a place that elaborates more on Ship Components, that would be greatly appreciated

In the Ship design screen, once you pick a component, you can click the bar that
says 'Show Component Guide' in the bottom left of the screen. Once opened, the
window has a highlighted line that says ' Learn about...(Whatever the component is).
If you click there, it will take you directly to the Galactopedia entry of the item.
Also note that the 'Show Component Guide' box tells you the resource components needed
to build one each of the component you selected as well!

I have found the component guide still a bit vague. Mostly I have trouble knowing if a value is good or not and were that value/quality exists on the scale.  For example- med centers have a value of 100 and that value supposedly makes my planets happy. Is that a 100% happier or +100 to happiness though?
