Wow, it's difficult to keep track of all potential bugs and issues here, so apologies if it's already been addressed (I searched relevant keywords but nothing came up!).

I have 4 colonies. 3 in my home world system, another one about a sector away.

I have a healthy supply of 2 luxury resources coming in from mining stations close to my home world system, so many transports are going back and forth delivering the goods....but ONLY to my home world and it's neighbouring systems.

The poor colony alone a sector away is not getting ANY luxury resources other than what it produces itself.

There are LOADS of freighters taking the luxuries to my home system, but none are travelling to the other colony (lazy fools).

I'll upload a save game later if necessary, but does anyone have ideas as to what's going on?

Bump. I'm still having this issue in 1.7.0.4 - LOADS of freighters seem to be transporting luxury items to and from the source and my homeworld system, but not to my other colonies. Anyone else experienced this?

Haven't played the game much lately, so I apologize if what I tell you is not correct.

I don't think this is a bug and it is completely normal. I believe it may have to do with the "maturity level" of the colonies in question. Younger colonies are not looking for luxury resources, they are looking for sustainment type resources like fuel and building material type resources. Once the colonies mature, their development level goes up and thus they start requiring luxury resources. This may occur sooner or later depending on any bonuses or penalties a colony may have to it's development level.

This behavior is by design. The smaller colonies have less need for luxury resources to begin with, so the focus is on getting the luxury resources to your big colonies in your home system

As they grow, those smaller colonies in Char Dilba and Vuras will get luxury resources delivered to them.
