Just purchased Legends and I'm amazed at how many little improvements there are!

I have one question though, is there a way yet to restrict trade of specific resources or is it an all or nothing thing?

Only the super rare Luxuries can be restricted at this point.

it wiil be a good improvement to have more possibility to influence trading :
- to restrict and/or to set price of specific ressource

I ask because in my new game I am currently supplying a race that is my most logical wartime opponent, but I'm not ready to start making them angry with global trade sanctions, I just want to limit resources used to make warships.
