After I use the rebuild unit function I see that the current toe is all of a sudden 300/300 on support battalions but they still have the same amount of units as they did when they were current toe 100/100 before using the function. Is there a way to fix this? Also now when I am clicking on units on the map all units are getting blue borders.

If I understand the issue, no unit can be built above the Max TOE% and the Max TOE% must a number between 50 and 100%. So even if you enter a Build Size% of 300 and a Build Ready% of 300, when you rebuild the unit, it will only be built to 100% TOE--not 300%. If for some reason you want a unit to be 300% strength, then enter the appropriate quantity for each line of ground elements in the unit. For example, an artillery battalion may have 12 field guns in it at 100% strength. If you want the unit to be at 300% strength, enter 36 in the appropriate RDY slot on the unit editor.

I'm not sure what the problem is on this one; you should see yellow, orange, magenta, and/or blue borders depending on which unit you have selected.

Thank you for your replay. Maybe I can explain better. I enter in this to the parameters of the rebuild unit function. 100, 100, 100, 0. I rebuild the units. Now the units say they have Current TOE 300/300. If I rebuild the units again the current toe goes to 100/100 but I have a 3rd less units than when I started, from around 3.5 million soldiers to 1.6 million soldiers, 30000 guns to 10000 guns, 3400 tanks to 1000 tanks.

Hmmm. Are you using the Units tab to rebuild or the Commander's Report to rebuild? What scenario are you working with?

Sorry PanamaJack, but I can't replicate what your are seeing in my game editor. What version of the game are you using?

PanamaJack,

I can't figure out a fix for your scenario. All battalions and companies are showing regimental icons. The stock scenario has 5,217,271 men for the Axis at start of the 1941-45 GC. You're scenario starts with 4,089,905 men and drops to 1,354,431 when units are rebuilt at 100%. Rebuilding units does not eliminate the regimental icon; nor does using the update OB function. Did you do any mods on the units.csv file in building this scenario? If so, what?

No I didn't edit the units.csv file at all. Everything I did was in the editor. I removed Romanian, Hungarian and Slovakian units with the exception of the high command units as you can probably see already. I deleted units that weren't used in the scenario (the blue highlight ones in the editor) and besides that all I have done is cut and paste units around in the Unit List to try to make it more organized.

No worries. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. I think it has something to do with newest beta. The scenario I posted for you to look at was started in the newest beta but a scenario I started in .42 beta did the same thing when I opened it in the newest beta. I guess if we see another beta patch maybe ill try again. Thanks for you help again bcgames.

Get the latest update. It just came out. It is not a beta:

Let me know if you are still having problems. Given time, I bet we can figure out how to do what it is that you want to do.

Happened Again *sigh*. I have no idea what I am doing that causes this. This time I rebuilt the units at the beginning and everything worked fine. Then I started cutting and pasting units again and then all of a sudden it happens. Could be something to do with me deleting the blue units in the unit list? Other than doing that I am just cutting and pasting them around inside the editor.
