Not sure how useful it is, but accidentally had one of my transport units training 100% on transport at 100ft. Checked it just the other day and the pilots were skilling up in the straf skill. Most of the pilots had green xp just gained numbers.

Suppose if you have enough "trained" transport pilots (just how trained they should be in the transport skill I don't know - I figure they just need straight Exp so they can land properly) on some restricted units, I suppose this could be handy.

(I of course am just picturing the pilot flying really low making GATATATATATATA noises as he passes "targets").

Sweet, terrorizing the villagers with transport planes and droping waterbombs on them. Fun in Manchuria O.o
