At the start of scenario 17, Rabaul's Aviation Support reads: 150 +10. The 150 comes from 8th baseforce. Where does the "+10" come from?

I know my role here -- ask the newbie questions!

The "+10" represents float plane support from the AV in port there. Move the AV and the +10 goes avay with it. Also IJN CS ships provide the same support.
