Anyone else notice an increase in leader's being killed in the logistics phase?

Nope. I think my average is less than one every 10 turns.

I'm seeing 1 or 2 KIA's every other turn, no idea why, there is no combat, air strikes or whatever. Also seeing a lot of promotions and increase of stats on leaders, more than I have ever seen before in frequency.
