How to reduce number of races? I get an error in log:

By how much is your reduction?

you're Bias file is not configured properly, I've not tried reduction before but if you're going to undertake this make sure the Bias file is set up exactly as it is line for line. row for row

if their are 5 races, there needs to be 5 sets of data (you know like Atuuk, 0, 10, 5, 0, 0) going across as well make sure the (,) is not at the end of any of the race relation files.

may I ask why didn't you simply customize your game setup to only include the races you want in game and turn off independants?

I have done line by line, if I customize the game I cannot prevent on encountering other races abounded colony ships. So after some time AI will have these races in their empires. Also quite often empires start weirdly close to each other even if I modify distance...

They are banned from the game if you make them playable Y/N = N and set up the game by hand. I do that in my GW II mod. Never saw an alien again.

I think that the original DW says you should not reduce the number of races below 20 or it will blow up...
If you want to take it below 20, please do as Nedrear recommends.
