It means that this unit have an upgrade of TOE available in the future; if you clic 'show unit TOE', in the
top of the screen the words 'This unit is composed of' turn to yellow, then you can clic here and read what type
of upgrade and the date when it happens.
forgive me if I made mistake but I don't have the game under my hands, I go on
memory. banzai!
