Just added the patches.I'm playing as Japan #17.Before patches I could load my minelayers at shortlands.After patches can't load mines their.Do I go to rabal or all the way to truck?

I think you have to go to Truk. I normaly play the US and after the patch that restricked mines I have to go to Noumea.
