Status: offline 		I just finished the DLC'39 Campaign on the Leuteunt Setting. If I start another one at Colonel Setting does it overwright or keep both?

Status: offline 		Then I am assuming it gives you a choice of which one to use when you continue to the next Campaign.

It does. You'll see the date and time that the core was saved.
